Atelier Molinari owns the design of any Bespoke work.

Personalise Your Order

Our Customer Service team will be pleased to assist you in personnalising your order. Engraving your Atelier Molinari purchase will result in a one-of-a-kind, heirloom effect. We are pleased to offer hand engraving services on selected pieces purchased via our website.

Prices depend on style and size, starting from £35 GBP. Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items.

Kindly note we are not able to accept any personalised or engraved items for refund or exchange.

I Saw an Item Online That is Sold Out

As most of our pieces are unique pieces we may show items that have already sold on our eshop. If you would like to purchase a similar item do not hesitate to email us at info@atelier-molinari.com where we will put our best effort in to finding a suitable match to the piece you desire.

Our Made To Order pieces are specially hand-made when ordered. Please allow a possible 6-8 weeks from placing your order, to your jewellery being shipped.

Pieces available in our eshop are available for immediate delivery or collection.

How to Shop Online

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the ADD TO BAG button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your payment information.

Payment

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All payments on the website are conducted through Shopify to ensure safe transaction.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards and debit cards.

Should you wish to pay in a different currency then offered on our online store please email us at info@atelier-molinari.com.

In order to insure secure payments for both parts please note we cannot accept payment over the phone.

Packaging

Your Atelier Molinari will be sent to you in our branded Jewellery boxes and bag. Your purchase is accompanied by our brand certificate and a postcard for you to write a love note should you wish to.

Every piece has been hand crafted with care. We take great care of our pieces do rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.

Ring Size and Resizing

If you are ordering or commissioning a ring for yourself or your partner, we can help with measuring or estimating the appropriate ring size. Alternatively your local jewellery shop can help with having your finger sized.

We are happy to offer one free complimentary resize post-gifting so that your piece fits perfectly.

Hallmarking

Hallmarks are marks applied to precious metals to indicate the amount of pure metal in the alloy. All our pieces are certified in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973 by The Goldsmiths' Company Assay Office of London, UK.

I Love This, But Would Like it in a Different Colour

We love working to custom orders, so we would be happy to customise any of our existing designs to suit your preference.

All our jewellery can be made in your choice of 18k Yellow, Rose or White Gold. We are able to source a wide variety of semi and precious gems for you.
