These terms apply to our ready to ship collection. For Bespoke orders or Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customer request please contact us via email at info@atelier-molinari.com.

All our jewellery is delivered fully insured by our trusted trackable couriers.

Every piece has been hand crafted with care. We take great care of our pieces do rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.

Please note that in some countries which we deliver to you may be charged for local sales taxes imposed and import duties.

Contact us via email on sales@atelier-molinari.com in the event that you are in a country which is not listed as we may still be willing to deliver, at our discretion.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.

Exchanges & Returns

If you change your mind about your Atelier Molinari online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.

Please contact us via email - sales@atelier-molinari.com with details of your online return request.

We will only accept returned goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Atelier Molinari packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note earrings cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke or Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.

If you have requested an exchange we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item.

You may be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. You are responsible for your own shipment.

Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

For any refunds, exchanges or to cancel an order that has not be yet dispatch please contact us via email at sales@atelier-molinari.com.

Atelier Molinari reserves the right to decline any refunds or exchanges.
